Assist RR recently collected used clothes in the UK and sent to Vanni. These clothes were distributed to the villagers in Mullivaikal, and the event took place at Chandran Pre-School, which was renovated by Assist RR. Nearly 120 families benefited by these clothes. Assist RR would also like to donate solar powered lamps to help children to learn and families to save money on kerosene and to start livelihood projects including a garment factory in Mallavi and a rice/flour mill in Mullivaikal to provide employment to women.
